Discover Mediaworks, was founded in 1987 with just one product firmly focused on a single vision: helping an entire region Discover Wisconsin by telling its most captivating stories via the most impactful medium of the time - broadcast television. Over the years, the company expanded this mission to tell other stories through TV programming, corporate video, brand development and marketing communications, all built around inspired storytelling.
Discover Mediaworks is looking for an individual with 3-5 years of professional experience in client project management and client communications, demonstrating a progressive work history and a broad knowledge base across marketing and production industries.
This position requires a self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities, while maintaining good client communications and relationships. You will manage client accounts, while working closely with video producers, designers, editors, sales, online, and management.
Responsibilities include working directly with clients to determine project objectives and deliverables, communicating with clients throughout the project’s duration, and managing changes in project scope. This person must also work with and monitor the assigned project team to ensure that milestones are met, deliverables are achieved, reviews are conducted, and approvals are signed in accordance with the project timeline. Previous experience and knowledge in video, TV, radio, digital advertising, and web development is a plus.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in project management and client communications. Has excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills, be a team player, and have the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients and partners.
